Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for routine business records (no longer than 12 months unless we’re required to keep them longer).

Our services and contact form are intended for adults (parents/guardians). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us to remove it.
