Cancellation Policy
You may freely reschedule or cancel sessions through "My Bookings" up to 24 hours ahead of time. Within 24 hours, sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Late arrivals are accepted for up to 15 minutes, after which the session will be considered a no-show.
