Scheduling & Refund Policy

I want Rasco Tutoring to feel straightforward, flexible, and low-stress for families. This policy is meant to protect both consistency and fairness without being overly rigid.

1) Right-Fit Guarantee

If, after your first session, you feel that Rasco Tutoring is not the right fit, email me before your next scheduled session and I'll find a way to make it right.

2) Monthly Billing

Tutoring is billed monthly and reserves a recurring weekly timeslot for your student. This is meant to keep scheduling simple and consistent for both families and students.

Because your monthly payment holds a spot in my schedule, monthly payments are generally non-refundable after the first session guarantee above.

3) Rescheduling

If you need to miss a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. With enough notice, I will do my best to offer a make-up session or another reasonable adjustment.

If a cancellation happens at the last minute or a student does not attend, I cannot guarantee a make-up or refund, though I may still make exceptions when I reasonably can.

4) Tutor Cancellations

If I ever need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or another issue on my end, I will always offer a make-up session, credit, or another fair solution.

5) Pausing or Ending Tutoring

If you need to pause or stop tutoring, just email me before your next billing date. Your membership will not renew after that point.

6) Policy Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on the website is the current version in effect.
